Work Schedule: 4 days a week with optional overtime on Fridays when needed. Home every weekend.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our construction team. This position involves constructing bridges and boardwalks through the Midwest. This will include assembling manufactured bridges and boardwalks. Basic construction methods and practices used. Construction experience preferred, willing to train right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Work proficiently along with a 3-4 Person Crew
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by leadership 

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Basic hand and power tool proficiency
  • Ability to read prints, follow instructions, and work independently
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Previous construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid Driver’s Licenses Required

Crew Foreman - Bridge and Boardwalk Construction

Work Schedule: 4-day work weeks

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Crew Foreman to lead a team of 3-4 crew members in the construction of bridges and boardwalks in the Midwest area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a crew of 3-4 employees on bridge and boardwalk construction projects in the Midwest.
  • Ensure project timelines are met with high quality results
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers as needed.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
  • Train and develop crew members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of on-site construction.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a crew foreman in bridge and boardwalk construction.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators and telehandlers.
  • Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Michigan.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our manufacturing team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assembling boardwalk panels, layout and drilling of I-beams, processing lumber, and occasional machine operation. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

  • Assemble boardwalk panels according to specifications
  • Layout and drill I-beams for bridges accurately and effectively
  • Process lumber and other materials for projects
